Breakfast switched to a buffet, which was a letdown since we were expecting the previous sit-down option. The room was quite cold, requiring us to leave the heater on, which made it uncomfortable, especially for the younger guest who had to bundle up in her coat. Drink supplies were lacking. dirty cups from the night before were not replaced, and our request for extra milk was met with an unhelpful attitude. it was satisfactory for our family gathering but left some room for improvement in comfort and service.

Spacious, clean room with friendly staff. Could hear road noise with the window open. Good food options and a nice children's playground nearby.

Exceptional Comfort and Friendly Atmosphere!
Our stay was delightful! The staff were incredibly accommodating, even providing two room keys for the air conditioning. At breakfast, the 'whole hog' English was a highlight—everything fresh and beautifully presented. Pro tip, don't miss out on trying local ales in the bar.

Ideal for couples seeking comfort
We enjoyed a double room on the ground floor that was spacious and comfortably clean, just what we needed. I loved that the staff were super friendly, especially the lady who kept our room tidy, and she even had great tips about the area.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

Staying at this inn with our 7 kids was fantastic! The family room was spacious, and we loved the children's playground right at the back. The food was also a highlight, especially the homemade meals. It truly felt like a cozy family retreat.
In my wife's opinion, a few more family-friendly activities would be great for keeping the kids entertained longer.

Had a pleasant family meal with delicious food and great service, despite a mix-up with menu portions. The only downside was the scary traffic while leaving the front car park, but overall, we enjoyed our time there and would consider returning.

It was just a smart choice for a weekend vacation in Brent Knoll with attractive and competitive value for money. The room was clean, but the air conditioning didn't work, which made for a very uncomfortable night. If you're staying here, definitely check if the air conditioning is functional before settling in.

During my weekend stay, I loved the friendly staff and enjoyed a lovely meal in the cozy pub restaurant, while the location made it super easy to stroll to nearby Burnham-on-Sea’s pier and the beautiful Apex Park, which is perfect for a relaxing walk or picnic.

Would definitely recommend for a temporary stay
Clean room, helpful staff, the room was spotlessly clean and the dining experience featured possibly the best 'real honest' pub food I have had in a very long while with a pleasant bar area.
Completely satisfied.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, made us feel welcomed. the room was spacious and had all the stuff we needed, tea n coffee too! location was great, close to bristol airport for a early flight! the food was tasty, especially the cheesecake! def recommend if ur looking for a chill stay.
the breakfast prices were crazy expensive, like seriously overpriced! also, the lift was out of order during our stay, which was a hassle since i was on crutches.
